What Happens After You Book?

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with all the details. We’ll also send you an automated reminder the day before your appointment so you don’t forget.

 Our reception team will make sure everything is ready for your appointment. 

For New Patients

If this is your first visit, you’ll be asked to complete a brief consent form. This covers your medical history and gives us important information about your health and condition.
We’ll also take a photocopy of any relevant paperwork you’ve brought with you, such as referrals, scans, or insurance documents.

Meeting Your Practitioner

Your treating practitioner (Physiotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist) will greet you and bring you into the consultation room when it’s time for your appointment.

Your practitioner will explain your diagnosis in clear, simple language and educate you on what’s happening in your body.

Personalised Treatment

Based on your diagnosis, we’ll begin your personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific condition and goals.

Planning Your Recovery

At the end of your appointment, your practitioner will advise you on when to return for your next appointment. This depends on your condition and how frequently treatment is needed for the best results.

Payment and Your Next Appointment

We make the final steps quick and easy so you can focus on your recovery.
Processing Payment

Once your appointment is complete, our receptionist will process the payment for your session. The cost depends on the service provided and the length of your appointment.

We accept various payment methods and can provide invoices for private health insurance claims.
