Website information
Information on this website is general education about our services and health topics. It is not a personal diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for an assessment by a qualified health professional. Please seek advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on health information or starting an exercise program.
Using this website or sending an enquiry does not itself establish a treating practitioner relationship. The website and enquiry form are not monitored as an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000.
Appointments and enquiries
Online bookings are made through Halaxy. Please provide accurate contact and booking information and check your appointment confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, contact the clinic before attending. Submitting an enquiry is not the same as securing an appointment.
Appointment availability and the suitability of a service depend on the practitioner and your needs. Please tell your practitioner about relevant medical conditions, medicines, injuries and changes in your health. Treatment options, risks and consent will be discussed as part of your care.
Fees and funding
Please ask the clinic for current fees and any applicable payment arrangements before booking. Eligibility for health fund rebates, Medicare benefits, insurance or other funding depends on your circumstances and the relevant scheme. A listing of a service on this website does not guarantee a rebate or funding approval. Confirm any required referrals or approvals before your appointment.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Ask about any cancellation or non-attendance conditions when booking. Any applicable fee or notice requirement must be communicated to you before it applies. These website terms do not introduce a cancellation fee or a specific notice period.
Treatment outcomes
Care is tailored to your assessment and goals. Recovery and treatment outcomes vary between individuals. Website descriptions and patient experiences do not promise that every person will achieve the same result.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code or submit misleading or abusive material. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its users from misuse.
Our content
Website text, branding, photographs and other materials belong to Aurum Physiotherapy or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and print material for your personal, non-commercial use. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using it commercially, except where the law permits otherwise.
External services and links
The website includes links to independently operated services, including Halaxy, social media and maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control their content, availability or practices.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but details may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Please contact the clinic to confirm information important to your booking or care.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal and health information is handled and how you can request access or correction or raise a privacy concern.
Changes and questions
We may update these website terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to future use of the website from its update date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing booking agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
If you have a question about these terms, your appointment or the information on this website, please contact the clinic.
